STL Outreach Office to hold an Introductory Briefing in Beirut
11 December 2009, Beirut: The Special Tribunal for Lebanon is pleased to announce that the Outreach Office has officially started its activities in Beirut. To mark this occasion, an introductory briefing will be held at the Metropolitan Hotel, on Thursday 17th of December, at 11.00 am.
During the meeting, STL Outreach Officer, Ms Wajed Ramadan will make a presentation, and give an overview of the main tasks of the office. The briefing will be used as an opportunity to improve communication between the Special Tribunal of Lebanon and the Lebanese Media.
Time has been allocated at the end of the briefing for a question and answer session.
Members of the Media wishing to attend are asked to confirm in advance by responding to Ms. Wajed Ramadan via email ramadanw@un.org or by phone 71 113 101 before Tuesday 15th of December at 15.00.
Media should indicate their full names, and those of any other team member who will be accompanying them.
